The Challenge
Exertherm, a small company based in the UK, sought to develop a website that would align with their ambition to stand alongside well-established billion-dollar corporations. Their previous website was inadequate for this goal. It failed to represent their brand effectively, guide visitors through the pages meaningfully, or implement a strong lead capture strategy. Additionally, it was plagued with coding issues that impeded their SEO efforts.
The Solution

This structured phase included an audit of the existing website, defining buyer personas, designing buyer journey and a structured methodology for lead capture. This was followed by a phased approach covering wireframing, design and build of the new website.
