The Challenge
Cochlear's global and regional marketing teams were experiencing bottlenecks at multiple levels due to shortage of inhouse staff and unavailability of internal IT resources. As a result, their GTM timelines were hampered and several initiatives were running behind schedule. Solutions from traditional staffing service providers were unable to meet their requirements in terms of cultural fit, engagement dynamics and costs. They were, therefore, looking to work with a provider who could work closely with them and scale over a period of time.
The Solution
Prodigitas worked with Cochlear's global marketing team based in Sydney to identify skill gaps and devised an action plan to bridge those in a phased manner. Starting with a support team for Marketo operations, we moved on to building a digital marketing squad and a Sitecore content authoring team. These teams now support both the global and regional marketing teams enabling them in their strategic initiatives as well as day to day marketing operations.
