How do I request tasks?

Once you sign up, we will set you up on Monday.com - our project management portal. You can raise requests, communicate with our team and track progress directly from your Monday board.

What is an active task?

A task that is currently in process is an active task. A task remains active until you have approved and marked it closed on the Monday board.

Based on your subscription, you can have 1 or more concurrent active tasks.

What does unlimited requests mean?

It means you can request any number of tasks you need done and add them to a queue. Based on your subscription and priorities, we will take up these task requests.

What is monthly planning?

7 days before your billing cycle, you will receive an email from our team asking for your challenges and priorities for the next month. Based on your answers, we will:

Analyse your requirements
Propose appropriate solutions after internal discussions
Create tasks for you to review and approve on your Monday board
Prepare and communicate the timeline to tackle these tasks

This way, we will have a structured plan in place, customised for you.

How fast will I receive my tasks?

Most tasks are completed in 2-3 business days. More complex tasks may need more time.

We provide a delivery date for every task within 24 hours of request.

How do you deliver tasks?

We deliver tasks via Monday board. Depending on the complexity of the task, a loom/vidyard video might accompany our comment.

What if a task needs rework?

We are committed to working on your task and making revisions within the agreed scope until you are completely satisfied.
