Flexibility and short strategy sprints were critical to the project success as we did not have the luxury of planning the editorial calendar in advance.
We got down to define the social media key performance indicators (KPI) – with the client! There was intensive brainstorming on how to align the social media profiles with the values their ground activities had propagated. Our team practically lived at the client’s workplace to understand their business in detail – existing on-ground activities and round-the-year program calendar.
